Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Syncrowave Technologies strives to provide high-quality digital products and services. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.

2. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Process for Refund

To request a refund, please email us at consult@syncrowavetechnologies.com with:

  • Order ID and payment reference number.
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard or by emailing us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Custom development work that has already been completed and delivered is non-refundable.
